All content generated by our AI is owned by you once generated, unless otherwise stated. However, all software, branding, and service infrastructure remain the property of WowGenAI or its licensors.
Premium features require payment. All prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
We provide our service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any content generated or damages resulting from use of the platform.
WowGenAI shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
